Silentio is a precision-built linear power supply designed for ultra-sensitive small-signal analog circuits.

In high-gain audio electronics such as tape head preamplifiers or phono stages, the quality of the power supply becomes critical. Even small amounts of noise present in the power rails can be amplified together with the signal.

Silentio was developed to provide exceptionally clean and stable power, allowing analog circuits to operate at their full performance potential.

Silentio is built around one essential principle:

Instead of relying on switching converters or generic regulators, Silentio uses a carefully optimized linear power architecture designed to minimize noise, ripple, and power-rail interference.

The result is a power supply that allows the audio circuit to perform exactly as intended.

Silentio achieves an ultra-low noise floor of just 0.8 µVrms, ensuring that even the most sensitive small-signal analog stages operate without power-supply contamination.

Each rail is independently regulated using LT3045 and LT3094 devices, ensuring vanishingly low ripple and perfectly symmetrical voltage delivery.

Silentio provides three independent regulated rails, designed specifically for powering sensitive small-signal analog electronics.

In high-gain audio circuits, interactions between different supply rails can introduce subtle noise and instability. By separating the rails and regulating them independently, Silentio ensures that each stage receives clean, stable, and isolated power.

This approach minimizes cross-interaction between circuit sections and preserves the integrity of delicate analog signals.

Why a Separate Power Supply

The rear panel provides a robust locking power connector, ensuring reliable connection to compatible Nereneas devices.

The transformer and control electronics are carefully positioned to remain physically separated from the audio signal path, minimizing the possibility of interference.

Once the switching state is set, the latching relay architecture maintains the selected signal path with absolute stability, requiring no continuous power to preserve the connection.

Machined aluminum isolation feet provide a stable mechanical interface between aRCA and the supporting surface.

Designed for ANalog Systems

aRCA is optimized for high-end single-ended analog audio setups.

The rear panel provides:

This allows aRCA to act as a central hub for complex audio systems, connecting multiple sources, DACs, tape machines, or preamplifiers.

The result is a stable and extremely short signal path between components.

True Power Control

A discreet power switch is located underneath the front-left corner of aRCA...

A discreet power switch is located underneath the front-left corner of aRCA, allowing the unit to be completely powered off rather than placed in standby.

The current switching state is stored in non-volatile memory (EEPROM), so when the unit is powered on again, aRCA automatically restores the previously selected configuration.

Thanks to the latching relay architecture, power-up is completely silent, with no switching noise or audible clicks during startup.
